Gorillaz at Delta Center

The Mountain Tour

Virtual band Gorillaz will hit the road under the moniker The Mountain Tour when they roll through the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026. Along the North American trek, fans will also be treated to performances by critically acclaimed rapper and wordologist Little Simz and groundbreaking hip-hop collective Deltron 3030. doors open at 6:30 PM and the show begins at 7:30 PM.

Gorillaz The Mountain Tour will visit cities across North America following their extensive European dates. The shows are in support of the band's brand-new album, The Mountain. 

Gorillaz

Created in 1998 by musician Damon Albarn and visual artist/ novelist Jamie Hewlett, the four fictional band members 2-D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle and Russel Hobbs create music in a variety of different genres including alternative rock, hip hop, electronic and trip hop. The band’s hit singles are “Clint Eastwood”, “Feel Good Inc.”, “Dare”, “On Melancholy Hill”, “Humility” and many more.

Gorillaz latest album ‘The Mountain’ features 11 tracks including ‘Cracker Island and ‘New Gold’. Other works by the band include several hit singles. They are also known for their Grammy Award win for ‘Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals’ for the song ‘Crazy’ in 2006 and their win for the Brit Award for ‘Best British Group’ in 2018. Plus the Gorillaz have won multiple MTV Video Music Awards and NME Awards as well. 

Little Simz

You’ll get to see British rapper Little Simz take experimental sounds and critically acclaimed tracks, ‘Introvert’, ‘Woman’, ‘I Love You I Hate You’ and ‘Point and Kill’. Little Simz released her latest album ‘Lotus’ in 2025. British rapper, Little Simz, won the Mercury Prize in 2022 for ‘often I Might Be Introvert’, the Brit Award for Best New Artist in 2022 and an Ivor Novello Award for Best Album for ‘Grey Area’ in 2020.

Deltron 3030

Visionary hip hop trio Deltron 3030 consisting of award winning producer Dan the Automator, rapper Del the Funky Homosapien and DJ Kid Koala. Their defining track 'City Rising From the Ashes' exemplifies their original alternative hip hop sound. 

Delta Center Information

The Delta Center is located at 301 W. South Temple, in the heart of Salt Lake City, Utah.

When the Delta Center opened in 1991 it immediately became one of Salt Lake City's premier event facilities. During the 2002 Winter Olympics the Delta Center was put to good use and has been ever since. From hot dogs and soft drinks to sophisticated entrees in the VIP club the Delta Center has a variety of local and traditional arena fare and food and beverage locations throughout the venue.

The Delta Center has 56 executive suites and 668 club seats and can seat up to 20,000 people for concerts. The NuSkin Theater has a seating capacity of 3,000 to 7,000 depending on configuration. Parking Information

Park in one of the many surrounding lots and garages near the Delta Center, as well as use the Arena station on the Salt Lake TRAX public transit system. There is also an abundance of street metered parking as well as commercial parking lots throughout the downtown Salt Lake City.
